I often mix designer items with the latest discount find but shhh; that’s our little secret.
Some of my favorite places to shop for myself online are : Anthropologie, Bauble Bar, J. Crew, Jack Rogers, Nordstrom Rack, Target, Tory Burch and Zappos. I also love to boutique shop when given the opportunity. If you like a featured item, simply click the underlined title and it will take you to a secure shopping link. If you buy something through one of my links, I may earn a small affiliate commission at NO additional cost to you. I only share and recommend products that I genuinely love and/or use. SprIng / summer 2021
5.21.21 / OOTD Inspiration - Maeve Bon Voyage Buttondown, Anthropologie + White Jeans, J. Crew Factory + Round Rattan Bag + Gianni Bini Palm Print Slides + Julie Vos Bangles
OPI “You’re Such A Budapest” Nail Lacquer
My favorite spring nail color. I linked the regular polish but I actually used the gel version here: OPI “You’re Such a Budapest” Gel Color
anthropologie - tiered maxi dress
Rainbow sherbet colors.
Tory Burch Ella Basket Weave Tote - Zappos
The go with everything Spring bag.
Guinevere Maxi dress - anthropologie
The perfect Spring dress.
Speed Up High-Rise Short 4"
Long - Lululemon
Like the very first short you fell in love with at Lululemon but now in a high-rise.
Wunder Train Short 6” Black - Lululemon
If you buy one pair of bike shorts to try, buy these. They are my favorite. The Wunder version is not as high waisted as the Align version which works well if you are short-waisted. Also, the Wunder fabric has a little more control.
Align Short 6”- blue borealis - lululemon
The Align bike short is the softest, lightest material and in a high waist. These are perfect for light exercise like yoga or walking. Also comfy for lounging.
Align Tank - Lululemon
I hate sports bras but I love this. It has built-in bra cups and hits in just the right spots to cover everything. Perfect with the Align shorts and leggings.
Wunder Train 6” Short - Ripened Raspberry - Lululemon
A fun color if you want more than a black pair.
Fall 2020
Mireil Midi Dress - Anthropologie
Perfect for fall.
Corey Lynn Calter Maxi Skirt - Anthropologie
I’m loving this skirt. It’s fun and luxurious. Can be dressed up or down. (See my stories on Insta for styling it for date night.)
Embroidered Tunic Dress - Anthropologie
Great fall transition dress. Could be worn with sandals or boots.
Trudie Tunic Dress - Anthropologie
Ya’ll. This dress is so comfy and cute. You have to see it in person. I pair it with strappy black or animal print heels for date night or dressed down with a black sandal for the day.
Bauble Bar - CUSTOM MULTI PISA BEADED BRACELET
I ordered these custom Pisa bracelets with my children’s initials and wear them everyday. They are good quality for the price and mix well with other bracelets. I added two of the Bauble Bar 4mm smaller bead bracelets to mix with the initial ones. The black lettered version is equally cool. (Limited time only: 15% off 2+ Pisa Bracelets with code PISA15)
Golden Goose Sneakers - Revolve
Yes, they are expensive but they are worth the splurge. Italian leather, hand finished in designer styles and super comfortable. They have a hidden slight lift in the heel which is great for the back and because the interior is leather, socks are not required:). I have the Super-Star style (my birthday present this year) but I am also loving the high-tops. I am wearing on the daily because they go with everything and super easy to slip and go. Still mastering the perfect shoe-string tie though.
Shira Cocoon Kimono - Anthropologie
The perfect fall kimono. I can’t wait to wear this for Thanksgiving or a mountain getaway!
P448 Cheetah Low-Top Sneakers - Anthropologie
The “IT” Sneaker to have right now. These are comparable quality and look of the Golden Goose sneaker but half the price.
Titania Cocoon Kimono - Anthropologie
For those of you who are scared of color, a fun patterned kimono is the perfect way to add a pop of color to your neutral outfit without committing.
Annette Duster Kimono - Anthropologie
If you love animal prints & color like I do, here you go; the perfect kimono all in one.
Cloth & Stone Joggers - Anthropologie
I just bought these joggers for the second time because I wore out my last pair from wearing them so much. If you own one jogger, this is it. Everything Cloth & Stone is SO comfortable and these are a great basic to pair with everything.
Summer 2020
Cate Classic Tie-Dye Button-down - Anthropologie
I don’t always pose for close-ups but when I do it’s in this perfect pink blouse. LOL. It’s the perfect Florida blouse. The fabric is so lightweight and breezy. Available in three great colors.
Ondine Maxi Dress - Anthropologie
Perfect floral dress(tres feminine) for a casual wedding, a ladies luncheon and even church. So comfortable and flattering.
Jacks Comfort Sandal - Jack Rogers
If you like Jack Rogers sandals, you will love these! They are the classic design but with a cork sole!!! So much more comfortable.
Hair Calf Sloane Sandal - Jack Rogers
I am loving this new criss-cross strap style sandal.
Ruffle Sleeveless Tiered Dress - Target
The ruffle sleeve trend in a fun flowy dress that won’t break the bank. I wear it with sandals and fashion sneakers and the color will transition well into fall.
Ella Halter Dress - Anthropologie
Fun, breezy casual dress that would be perfect for a concert(if we ever have them again) or a beach or park stroll.
Dolce Vita Lyza - Amazon
Every time I wear these, people ask me about them. I’m loving the squared off toe, the subtle animal print and that they are under $40.
Franco Sarto Ema - Zappos
These shoes are so comfortable and add the perfect amount of style to a neutral outfit.
Matisse Havana Slide - Anthropologie
How fun are these slides that would go with everything? Also, did I mention they are only $50 and come in three great patterns. You can’t go wrong with these.
Farm Rio Carmina Button-Front Jumpsuit - Anthropogie
One of my most loved Instagram outfits(see it here). The pictures on the Anthro website do not do it justice. You have to try it on to see how wonderful it is. I usually can’t wear jumpsuits but this one fits in all the right places. Luxury fabric and pockets too:)
Panama Hat - J. Crew Factory
Living in Florida, I wear hats a lot because you are always in the sun. Every year I buy a new one and this was the one this year. It has a great shape and a great price. Here is another option.
Tory Burch Miller Clutch - Zappos
I’m obsessed with Tory Burch and this clutch goes with everything. Perfect match to my TB Miller sandals too.
Zappos - Tory Burch Miller Sandals - Vintage Vachetta
If you buy one pair of Tory Burch sandals, buy these. They are classic.
Anthropologie - Chevron Slip Dress
The dress is much cuter in-person. A tan helps too. You can see it in my Insta stories here.
Farm Rio Tropique Embroidered Pants - Anthropologie
I bought these pants to pair with a black fitted tank. They add a fun flair to my closet. The fabric is so nice and they have pockets.
Crisanta Poplin Buttondown - Anthropologie
I have paired this fun blouse with denim cutoffs this summer but I love that it transitions into fall as well. I will wear it with jeans and black pants or a black skirt for the fall. It is really a great transitional piece.
Carolyn Gavin Mariposa Silk Blouse - Anthropologie
I love butterfly anything. Enough said.
Charleston Shoe Company Criss Cross Wedge
All Charleston Shoes are SO comfortable. The footbed is like pillow cushions. I love this wedge because it dresses up an outfit without the usual discomfort of a heel. Also, the black and tan combo goes with everything.
Tefeca Cheetah Elastic Apple Watch Band - Amazon
I bought this stretchy fabric band to give some personality to my Apple Watch. I love cheetah print so it was not a hard sale. It’s comfortable and has held up well so far.
Anthropologie - Bali Crossbody bag
Here’s a round version of this bag.
Open-Toe Faux Fur Slippers - Anthropologie
I have always worn these Ugg slippers but after moving to Florida I’ve realized that I need something cooler for lounging around the house. These are my pick and at only $38, they are very affordable too.
Leopard Print Washable Knit Face Mask
Again, animal print. If I have to wear a mask, at least this one is chic and soft knit:) And if you keep dropping yours, you might need this cute tortoise shell mask chain.
Joy Lab Cozy Short Sleeve Top - Target
These Joy Lab tops have the softest material and I love that they are not super fitted like so many other workout tops. They also cover the bum well;)
Joy Lab Cozy Top - Target
Joy Lab Tie-Dye Top - Target
This is the softest material and it’s tie-dye; what’s not to love. It’s supposed to be a workout top but I wear it with everyday outfits like denim and joggers.
Tortoise Shell Phone Case
I have long been a fan of tortoise shell so when I needed a new case and found this one I was in love. I also ordered this pop-socket to match. The quality is even better than I expected- WIN!
Jack Rogers Flat Gold Sandals - Zappos
I’ve had these classics for years and they still look good. I love how the little pop of gold dresses up any outfit.
Bubble Elbow Sleeve Blouse - Target
That gauzy material that is so cool and breezy.
Frayed Edge High-Waisted Jean Skirt - Old Navy
This high-waisted denim cutoff skirt is a steal. I wear it with everything!
Flutter Sleeve Tee - Target
The flutter sleeve trend in the softest t-shirt material. It is cut in the best feminine fit without being fitted which = not frumpy at all. So far it comes in 3 colors and I bought them all. I hope they add more colors this fall.
Polka Dot Puff Sleeve Dress - Target
I don’t normally wear puff sleeves but this dress stole my heart. The polka dots are so fun and I thought it was perfect to dress down with fashion sneakers.

Wallpaper Love
I get wallpaper sourcing questions all the time. While many of our favorite designs are only available to the trade, I am currently seeing more and more sources becoming available online and easily accessible to everyone. For example, did you know that Anthropologie sells wallpaper online through their home section? I have always gone to Anthro for some of my favorite fashions but when I discovered that they had fabulous wallpaper too, I was ecstatic-happy dance! You can see all the fabulous new patterns available here. You will be surprised how nicely priced they are too;)
I went through all the designs right away and have way too many in my cart to purchase-help me! I hand-picked my top 15 favorites for you below.
Canopy Creature - Wallpaper @ Anthropologie - Made in the UK.
This is my #1 pick!!! Why? Well, it has a monkey and there is green so it grabbed me from the start. Seriously though, the colors, the animals, the botanicals- they are all perfect and embody everything I want from a wallpaper. I see this in a foyer or a powder bath but it could also work well in a dining room if used sparingly. It is a statement paper so think small doses.
What’s not to like about these chic golden pineapples and they mean “Welcome” so they are kind of perfect for an entry, guest bath or kitchen.
So classic and so elegant. This nature botanical would be exquisite in an entry, a powder bath or dining room.
Colorful, classy and chic for a foyer. Love it!
Farrow & Ball Amime Wallpaper -
Available in 5 colors. This can be used most anywhere because it will read more like a texture than a pattern. It is a small scale pattern though which also allows it to be used in smaller applications; think back of bookshelves, kitchen back-splash, etc.
Anthropologie Abstract Wallpaper - If you love color and a modern feel, this one is for you. I can see this in a modern foyer or powder but also it would be great for a playroom:)
Wiggle Room Wallpaper - Modern and whimsical. I see this in a playroom, entry or on an accent wall.
Orange Grove Wallpaper - It’s vibrant but with a vintage look.
Serpentine Wallpaper - A Genevieve Gorder design for Anthropologie -
So chic and will read as a neutral. It is a removable paper(think peel, stick and easily remove).
If you want a subtle wallpaper that is classy without being bold, this is it! This color is my favorite version of it.
So beautiful and so Florida. 3 colors available.
Wading Flamingos Wallpaper - Cole & Son
These graceful ladies would be gorgeous in a girls nursery. The colors are so soft and peaceful.
Like a beautiful watercolor painting. I love this for a girl’s bedroom or bath. It is available in a removable option and starts at only $48/roll.
Rifle Paper Co. Garden Party Wallpaper -
A Florida-based designer. So colorful, so whimsical and so happy! Use this in an entry or powder room or as an accent wall in an office or bedroom.
So, what do you think? Which one is your favorite? I can’t wait to use one of these! Wallpaper can be fabulous and fresh and chic; you just have to know how to use it. You have to consider the room, the pattern repeat and scale but it is so worth the effort. If you are considering paper and need guidance with your selections, feel free to contact me for a quick consult. We can make your wallpaper dreams come true!

Happy Mail from Anthro
Since it is Mother’s Day week AND Anthropologie has been running some great sales AND I still had gift cards from Christmas; I decided it only made sense to do a little shopping and treat myself. Right?
Now I know all of you are thinking that I bought that adorable fish skirt on my Mother’s Day Wish List, but I did not. At least not yet. (Psst-I am still waiting for it to go on sale and you will be the first to know when it does). What I did purchase were a few colorful pieces that I can wear with basic bottoms that I already own, i.e. denim cut-offs (my go-to lately). Are you ready to see?
Ta daaaa! My first item is this fabulous Fete Kimono made by India Collection (I’m sorry to say but it is currently sold out:( - here’s a link to other fun substitutes). I chose this for a statement piece because it’s cheeky in a good way. With its bold color and fun leopard print (literal leopards; how fun is that?) it grabbed my attention right away!
I plan to wear it with a basic white top and my fav denim cut-offs (they are broken-in, hide love handles and are not too short). For shoes(my favorite thing to buy), I like these two options:
1. For an everyday casual look - I suggest these Sam Edelman slides that have just the right amount of animal print(they go with everything).
2. For a dressier look(and if you are looking for height), check out these super comfortable black espadrille wedges by Eileen Fisher. (I have the exact ones linked and they are on sale right now at Zappos-yay).
This oh-so-happy colorful blouse by Anthropologie is the second item I selected. Since it is hot in Florida already, I will roll the sleeves to ¾ length and also wear it with my fav denim shorts. However, if it is still cool where you live (and for when it cools off here), I totally see this top with jeans or casual black pants. For shoes, I suggest black sandals or these fun orange thongs for a pop of color. (Excuse the toe marks. They are well-loved:))
My third and final item in the bag was this Odette Smocked Blouse by Maeve (it has a Liberty of London vibe). I love how it was thoughtfully smocked at the waist yet still blouses at the top (perfect if you don’t have the flattest stomach but also don’t want to look like you have no waist at all). As a bonus, the colors in this top will carry you into the fall. It can also be worn with denim cut-offs or perhaps a cute casual skirt. I suggest pairing this outfit with these go-with-everything gladiator style sandals in a nude color. I am also picturing this outfit with green or brown Birkenstocks and a straw fedora hat at my next fall music festival. What do you think?
Well, there you have it! My happy mail from Anthropologie. Three happy items to perk up my denim cut-offs. No, I have not been compensated to say this but Anthro (with its boho vibe) is pretty much my spirit store- it gets me. I do not buy everything there, but I love to buy a few fabulous pieces each season to mix in with other classic basics. I can always count on them to freshen my wardrobe! I will continue to update my shop page with these items but in the meantime, let’s chat. Tell me, what is your go-to shop? I would love to hear from you. I am also here for fashion questions. Leave me a comment below:)
